Composition of 30 g of gel:

Active ingredients:

Chondroitin sulfate — 500 mg

Glucosamine hydrochloride — 600 mg

Water pepper — 270 mg

Hibiscus flower — 110 mg

Garlic — 70 mg

Bay leaf — 65 mg

Excipients: liquid paraffin, peppermint extract

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Tissue regeneration stimulator with anti-inflammatory effect.

Pharmacological properties

Chondroitin sulfate — participates in the formation of the main substance of cartilage and bone tissues. Improves phosphorus-calcium metabolism in cartilage tissues and inhibits enzymes that disrupt the structure and function of articular cartilage, as well as degenerative processes in cartilage tissues. Stimulates the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans, normalizes the metabolism of hyaline tissues, and helps restore cartilage surfaces and the joint capsule. Prevents degradation of connective tissue, increases the production of synovial fluid, and improves the mobility of damaged joints. Slows down bone tissue resorption, reduces calcium loss, accelerates bone tissue repair, and inhibits the development of osteoarthritis. Has an analgesic effect and reduces joint pain both at rest and during walking.

Glucosamine hydrochloride — glucosamine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, replenishes endogenous glucosamine deficiency, and stimulates the synthesis of proteoglycans and hyaluronic acid in synovial fluid. It promotes sulfur fixation during chondroitin sulfate synthesis, inhibits the development of degenerative processes in the joints, and restores their function. Glucosamine helps prevent cartilage degradation and stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissue. Improves joint mobility and reduces the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Water pepper — has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and hemostatic effects. The plant contains tannins, the flavonol glycoside avicularin, up to 900 mg% of ascorbic acid (calculated on an absolutely dry weight basis), vitamin K, carotene (39 mg%), compounds of silicic acid (4.5%), tannins, and essential oil.

Bay leaf — a natural antiseptic with anti-inflammatory properties and an analgesic effect. Bay leaf is considered a highly effective remedy in the treatment of joints. Due to its high content of essential oils, this plant has wound-healing, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory effects.

Indications for use

The medicinal product is recommended for use as part of complex therapy for degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the musculoskeletal system: osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis of the spine, and other diseases accompanied by pain.

Method of administration and dosage

For external use. Apply a strip of cream 1 to 5 cm long and gently rub into the affected area 2–3 times a day. The amount of the medicinal product depends on the size of the affected area. The duration of treatment depends on the indications and the observed therapeutic effect.

Adverse reactions

Allergic reactions may occur in patients with hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product.

Contraindications

Impaired integrity of the skin at the application site, children under 12 years of age, and hypersensitivity to the components of the medicinal product.

Drug interactions

No special precautions.

Special instructions

The medicinal product should be applied only to intact skin to prevent contact with open wounds. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. The medicinal product does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate other potentially hazardous machinery.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been identified.

In case of overdose, treatment is symptomatic.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a dry place protected from light.

Shelf life
