Composition of 1 suppository:

Active ingredients:

• Thick walnut extract — 0.165 g
• Sodium alginate — 0.05 g
• Zinc lactate — 0.005 g
• Sea buckthorn oil — 0.01 g

Base for suppositories:
hard fat, Suppocire or hydrophilic/hydrofat base — 60 parts,
paraffin — 20 parts,
cocoa butter — 30 parts.

Pharmacotherapeutic group

An agent primarily used in proctology.

Thick walnut extract — has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects. It helps increase the strength of blood vessels and tissues in the rectum and perianal area, and also promotes faster healing of fissures and wounds.

Sodium alginate — a natural substance obtained from seaweed. It forms a gel that helps protect the rectal mucosa from irritating factors. This accelerates the healing and regeneration processes.

Zinc lactate — an essential trace element that plays an important role in reducing inflammation and promoting wound healing. It has antibacterial properties and strengthens cell membranes. It also has regenerative properties.

Sea buckthorn oil — is known for its antiseptic and wound-healing properties. It promotes faster healing of wounds and fissures, improves microcirculation in the affected area, reduces inflammation, and stimulates tissue regeneration.

According to the international convention (EMEA/HMPWG/11/99), when conducting clinical studies of herbal medicinal products, it is not necessary to investigate specific pharmacokinetic aspects separately.

Before use, it is recommended to empty the bowel (using an enema if necessary) and wash the hands.

One suppository is administered twice daily.

No special precautions are required.

The medicinal product does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate other potentially hazardous machinery.
