• Calendula extract — 0.05 g
• Thick walnut extract — 0.1 g
• Sea buckthorn oil — 0.01 g
• Medicinal sage — 0.02 g
• Ethyl alcohol — 40%

Pharmacological properties

Chamomile flower extract — has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and reduces inflammation in tissues and organs. Chamomile extract is a natural antiseptic that helps prevent the development of infections and stimulates wound healing. Chamomile helps reduce pain, particularly in cases of inflammation or irritation of the mucous membranes. It has a mild relaxing and soothing effect.

Calendula extract — is effective in reducing inflammation and has beneficial effects in various inflammatory conditions. It has antiseptic properties that help eliminate pathogenic microorganisms and prevent infections. In cases of damage to the skin and mucous membranes, wounds, and injuries, it stimulates tissue regeneration and accelerates healing.

Thick walnut extract — is rich in antioxidants such as vitamin E, which protect cells from damage and help slow the aging process. It helps reduce inflammation and improve the condition of inflamed tissues. Due to its high content of vitamins and minerals, walnut extract helps strengthen the walls of blood vessels and improves microcirculation. It has the ability to improve the regeneration of skin cells and mucous membranes.

Sea buckthorn oil — actively stimulates tissue repair and wound healing in burns, wounds, and fissures. It reduces inflammation in tissues and organs and has anti-inflammatory properties. It contains vitamins A, C, and E, which act as antioxidants and protect cells from free radicals. It helps maintain the water balance of cells and improves their nutrition and renewal.

Medicinal sage — has strong anti-inflammatory properties and reduces inflammation in tissues. Its essential oils and active components have antiseptic effects and help eliminate microorganisms and prevent infections. It has a local analgesic effect and relieves discomfort associated with inflammation or irritation. It is effective against various bacteria and fungi, which makes it beneficial for gynecological diseases. It has a mild sedative effect, relaxes muscles, and reduces stress.

Pharmacokinetics

According to the International Convention (EMEA/HMPWG/11/99), when conducting clinical studies of medicinal products consisting of herbal substances, specific pharmacokinetic aspects are not required to be investigated.

Indications for use

Zole spray is used for inflammatory, infectious, and non-infectious diseases of the vagina and perineum, as well as sexually transmitted diseases, including bacterial vaginosis, vaginal candidiasis, trichomoniasis, endometritis, and endocervicitis.

It is used as part of the comprehensive treatment of salpingo-oophoritis.

In cases of cervical erosion, it accelerates wound healing after surgical procedures.

It is highly effective in the treatment of urethritis and cystitis.

Method of administration and dosage

For external use.

Shake the bottle before use. During application, the bottle should be held in an upright (vertical) position. Turn the dispenser nozzle 90° and spray.

Apply 3–5 times daily.
